FAQ:
1. What is the Online Mailmanagement System
By using the Online Mailmanagement System you are able to set up and administer the mailboxes for your domains. This includes:
  • Creation of new mailboxes
  • Assigning multiple aliasses to each mailbox
  • Reset the password of a mailbox
  • Configure a complete domain to send all unknown emails to one specific account (catch-all account)
  • Delete aliasses and/or mailboxes

By using this system you reduce the time necessary to configure the mailboxes by simply doing it yourself, when you need it. The mailboxes are configured realtime whe the nameservers point to our servers.

2. What does it cost ?
The usage of the Online Mailmanagement System is free. According to your hostingplan you can add mailboxes. It is also possible to configure more mailboxes as provided by your hostingplan for which you will be billed extra. Watch the prices of our hostingplans at our website at: http://www.sqlonline.com.

3. Why do we get such strange accountnames ?
The automated system generates accountnames for you. However there is a structure in these accountnames. Each accountname gets the next available number for that domain. The accountname is also the first alias which you can't delete unless you delete the complete mailbox.

4. How does it work ?
When you log in you will see a list of domains that belong to you. In the last column you can click on "Email". If you allready have emailboxes on this domain you will see a list here. If you want to create the first mailbox on this domain you can simply enter a new password under "New accounts". Be sure to retype the new password exactly as first chosen. Click "New". Now you will see the new account in the list. All you have to do now is to attach some aliasses to the account. Suppose you want an info@yourdomain.be emailaddress then click on "Create Emails". Type in info at the empty box (without the @-sign or the rest of the domainname). Click "New Email". You can continue to add as many aliasses as you want as long that they don't exist yet.
